"Touch is fundamental to being alive. When we are born, it is touch that keeps us from harm, enables us to feel safe and to stay warm.

What has become so apparent is the need to hear people and reconnect them to their truth and power. It is so often that I will touch someone and there can be so many areas of numbness or disconnection, that Shiatsu offers an efficient tool in helping someone to clear blocks and feel whole. This is our innate nature. This is how the Shiatsu School has been born.

If you are a person who feels dissatisfied with life as it is and wants to understand themselves or the people around them more deeply. Who repeatedly go to the doctor to find they cant seem to get the answers they are searching for, the Shiatsu Foundation Year will teach you how to evolve through your own habits, ways of thinking and listening to what your body is trying to say. What I love about Shiatsu is its connection to all things. Our interconnection with each other and nature. How we can learn from the natural world when we live in a society that seems to be taking us away from that. To trust our instincts. To learn ancient diagnostic techniques to diagnose a person and learn tools on how to strengthen the immune system, meet depression, frustration, anger, grief and shock to name a few.

I am passionate about what I do and keen to share these core skills that society did not teach us. To look more deeply into the causes of illness and imbalance and address the underlying problem physically, mentally and spiritually. Nothing is separate. 

​

Come and embark with me the learning of this ancient and wise skill, to lead you at the helm to learn through touch and develop your intuition to feel empowered to address your own needs and those around you.

The foundation course will consist of 26 days over a period of a year. We will learn the 12 Classical Meridian System, food energetics, touch, meeting emotions, and much more.
